Hybrid Courses Will Continue

AIMM will continue offering all courses in a hybrid (online & in-person) instructional delivery format through Fall 2020 quarter.

AIMM maintains the health and safety of all members of our campus community as its top priority. We appreciate your cooperation as we work diligently to deliver your education in a manner that protects our community while still achieving quality results.

Please continue to follow the AIMM Student COVID-19 Protocol outlined below:

  • If you test positive for COVID-19, Do not come to AIMM and notify your academic advisor immediately! Continue taking all your classes online. You will not be permitted to return to AIMM until official documentation of a negative test result is provided to your academic advisor.
  • Do not come to AIMM if you have a temperature or any symptoms whatsoever! Continue taking all your classes online.
  • Every student will have their temperature taken upon entering AIMM, and must wear a face mask and practice social distancing while on campus (absolutely no exceptions!). Students will be required to leave AIMM if they refuse to wear a mask.
  • Only enrolled students are allowed on-campus (no guests).
  • Before entering the classroom, instructors will also take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer (do not enter the classroom until your temperature is taken!).
    • Green = ok
    • Yellow = retest
      • The student must return to their vehicle to sit for 5 minutes and then have their temperature rechecked before entering the building

      • If the student is still yellow, the student must leave AIMM.

    • Red = not allowed to enter AIMM
      • Immediately return to your vehicle -- AIMM administration will contact your emergency contact person
  • Students must use hand sanitizer stations upon entering classrooms.

  • Students will scan ID cards at the attendance kiosk (zero touch attendance).

  • Students will sit at designated seats based on social distancing.

  • Students must use their own headphones (no exceptions).

  • Students in performance classes must use their own instruments/cables/drumsticks etc. and vocalists will be provided their own headset microphones and in-ear monitors.
