    Using Pro Tools and Ableton Live, you will learn analog and digital music production, microphone techniques, virtual instruments, and effect plugins, as well as hone your education in music theory essentials and keyboard skills for the digital audio workstation.

    Important note: The Music and Technology Degree is intended for intermediate musicians. Therefore, you must show proficiency on the instrument of your focus as detailed in the Admissions procedures.

    Students in the guitar program are required to complete the requisite number of General Education Credits, and if students wish to transfer General Education credits completed at other institutions, they must demonstrate appropriate comparability to AIMM.
