Shane Driscoll

Shane Driscoll is the Director of Admissions for Atlanta Institute of Music and Media. He is responsible for assisting students during their admissions process in the online programs and, developing content for the Drum curriculum. Shane is proud to have taught over 40 weekly drum lessons for children for several years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and, is also a graduate of Atlanta Institute of Music and Media’s Drum program. Shane has been a drummer for over 16 years and has been playing guitar for over 10. He Currently plays guitar in the progressive metal band Spirit Healer. He has written and recorded guitar and drums for multiple bands throughout his music career. Shane enjoys anything sci-fi/fantasy related including Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones.
